Steve Papp
President of Condo IQ

As a born and raised Calgarian, Steve has watched this city develop and grow into the dynamic city it is today. As a homeowner, he has navigated Calgary’s unique market and experienced the highs and lows of purchasing and selling in both a buyers and seller’s market. These dynamics do not always favour the buyer and can be stressful and intimidating.
Having built a successful 27-year career in education, Steve is excited to support condo buyers to make informed decisions on their purchase. With extensive experience reviewing, synthesizing and presenting important information, he is excited and passionate about educating his clients so they can make the best decision for them, their families and their future.

Lana Wright is a licensed Realtor specializing in residential real estate in Calgary and the surrounding areas. In the industry for 30 years, and licensed since 1998, Lana has experienced many different market cycles and has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers over her career. Lana is a licensed realtor with the Calgary Real Estate Board and carries the CCS ( Certified Condo Specialist) designation. She has accumulated a depth of knowledge in regards to condominiums that she prides herself in sharing with her clients. She has witnessed many changes in the operations of condo communities over the years and is able to guide her clients using that experience.
Condominiums are a nuanced form of real estate ownership and require informed investigation before committing to purchase one. She believes in the value of having a non-biased, third party review of condominium documents for her buyers and sellers alike.
